Perri draws from a rich background in adult learning, community engagement, and global development. Committed to supporting systems improvement through lifelong learning and responsible leadership, Perri channels her experience into dynamic research endeavors. Her work, which values actionable evidence-informed solutions and compassionate advocacy, extends across various domains including civic engagement, conflict resolution education, partnerships in public health, and equity initiatives.
Proficient in research design, qualitative methodologies, and project delivery, Perri’s contributions have strengthened innovative programs and international partnerships. She holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto, with a collaborative specialization in Comparative, International and Development Education. Complementing her advanced degree, Perri earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Global Studies with a Research Specialization from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
