About the Performance Pendulum™

The Performance Pendulum™ is a division of Lake and Associates Canada Inc., a Performance Consulting company headquartered in Ontario, Canada. At Lake and Associates we have worked with a wide range of Canadian social-profit agencies for over a decade. During this time, it became evident that leadership as a practice within the social-profit sector has been underserved by traditional leadership models and interventions. The Performance Pendulum™ has been specifically designed to address this shortfall in providing a leadership framework to address the unique demands and characteristics of the social profit sector.
