Jane is a Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC) known for developing leaders to be their best selves. Her extensive corporate leadership experience supports rapid understanding at the personal, team and organization levels. For over a decade Jane has coached physicians, lawyers, entrepreneurs, Executive Directors and other leaders across industries to grow and produce unprecedented results for their organizations.
Jane uses evidence-based practices to build leadership skills and presence, to achieve business and career objectives. Jane’s empathy and honesty cuts through the clutter. She establishes a strong personal connection with every client where they can confidentially explore their previously un-discussables. She collaborates with clients to design and implement practical strategies to achieve their goals and offers supporting tools, methods and models exactly when they are needed. Her creativity helps organizations close the strategy – execution gap.
Jane studied International Business in Japan after receiving her MBA in Human Resources and her Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. She received her coach training from Adler School of Professional Coaching. She taught Leadership at the Masters and Undergraduate level. She served 6 years as a Board member and was President of International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter and the last 3 years on the Board of Canadian Physician Coaches Network. Her volunteer work includes coaching with: Up With Women, Humanitarian Coaching Network, LEAP - Pecault Centre for Social Impact, among others.
